Our Cleaning Solution
Our cleaning solution is a biodegradable, non-toxic, non-flammable
detergent based solution which is safe for use around carpets,
draperies and upholstered furniture. The unique formula is
absorbed deep into the pores of the ceiling tiles wheree its
emulsifiers, surfactants and disinfectants break down the dirt film
into microdust particles. These invisible particles then
evaporate into the atmosphere. Independent Lab Study
An independent research lab was hired to review of the Ceiltech
cleaning solution we use to determine its effectiveness in eliminating
bacteria, yeast, mold and fungi on ceiling tiles. The following
letter describes the results:April 20, 2001

RE: Testing of Ceiltech Ceiling Cleaner, HEAT
Dear Sirs:
At your request, Commercial Environmental Services (CES), has completed a controlled evaluation of the effectiveness of the Ceiltech ceiling cleaer, HEAT, as a biocide when applied on concentrations of bacteria, yeast, mold and fungi. The purpose of this letter is to communicate to you the procedures used and the results obtained during that evaluation.
Ceiling tiles from two distinct locations within a commercial building in Spokane, Washington, were surface sampled using the CES proprietary surface sampling strips to determine if concentrations of bacteria, yeast, mold and fungi were present. Then a single application of the HEAT solution was completed on teh ceiling tiles using the printed Ceiltech instructions for formulation and application. The results of the "before" sampling are attached, with the samples identified as BCTF-01, BCTF-02, BCTF-03 and BCTF-04.
After the ceiling tiles were allowed to dry for 24 hours, both tiles were surface sampled again using the CES proprietary surface sampling strips. The results of the "after" sampling are attached, with the samples identified as ACTF-01, ACTF-02, ACTF-03 and ACTF-04.
Comparing the results of the two sampling events clearly identifies the Ceiltech HEAT ceiling cleaner as an effective biocide when used in accordance with Ceiltech procedures. These results identify this cleaner as being highly effective in reducing concentrations of bacteria, yeast, mold and fungi on ceiling tiles, to a point of virtual eradication, when used as directed.
Thank you for the opportunity to be of service. We look forward to assisting you in the future.
Sincerely,
Daniel L. Autrey
